Knight’s Coffee was established in 2012 as a space dedicated to exceptional coffee and great customer service. For more than a decade, we’ve been serving Haymarket delicious espresso and filter coffee.

In 2023, we started roasting for ourselves and developed the first iteration of our Seasonal Espresso Blend. After trialling our blends, single origin and micro-lot coffees in store for the best part of a year, we’ve stepped online with the goal of bringing our delicious beans and love for coffee to a wider audience.

Our goal is to create a coffee experience that is sublime every time by sourcing the highest-grade specialty coffees from around the world and roasting them to perfection in small batches.
